The most often asked question is “Is that crack significant and what are the implications?”. We can undertake inspections of the building, evaluate any cracks & movement and where applicable. We can also undertake monitoring of the building using a multitude of techniques to evaluate “the crack” and provide evidence based conclusions and recommendations for remedial works where required.
